If you aren't immediately able to access the premium content after having purchased a subscription (or have signed up for a trial), there's no need to worry just yet!
Occasionally subscriptions aren’t activated immediately and need a helping hand. To force the app to recognise your purchase, follow these steps if you have an iOS device:
- Open the Activity tab
- Tap on the Settings wheel in the top right hand corner
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen
- Tap Restore Purchase
If you want to log-in using your email, make sure to use the same email address you first logged in with (the emails are case sensitive, so do include any capital letters).
If you purchased on our website or on the Google Play Store, these steps won’t help. You’ll want to contact us here and select Access Issue.
