For purchases made on the App Store or iTunes, head to reportaproblem.apple.com to find your receipt. When you open the page, enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the subscription, then choose Sign In.
If you are on your iPhone or iPad, tap the Menu button then Receipts to see a list of your receipts. If you are on a Mac or PC, click Receipts. Your receipt might not yet be available if you made the purchase recently.
